  • Addressing issues and improvements related to the SAM practice.

  • Implementing data collection processes for products and procedures, as well as producing relevant reports.

  • Performing reconciliation between usage rights and software installations to assess license compliance.

  • Analyzing reconciliation reports and recommending corrective actions in cases of non‑compliance.

  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills, strong executive‑level synthesis abilities, and the capacity to influence and engage stakeholders, enabling effective collaboration between IT teams and business partners

  • Is known for their initiative, professionalism, ability to produce clear and structured reports, and their role as a mobilizing leader in complex, large‑scale environments

  • Has more than 10 years of experience, ideally in software asset management or IT procurement, with significant experience working in large corporate environments

  • Customer service experience is an asset.

  • CSAM certification is an asset.

Why you'll love working with us

  • A work environment where learning and development merge with a collective pursuit of excellence.

  • A healthy, safe, fair, and inclusive environment where potential can be freely expressed and developed.

  • The opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, supported by flexibility and access to inspiring and innovative workspaces.

  • Competitive benefits: Flexible group insurance, competitive pension plan, stock purchase plan, vacation and wellness/personal development days, telemedicine, employee and family assistance program, ergonomic furniture program, performance bonus, discounts on iA products, and much more
