This is a 12 months contract located in Toronto/Ontario, Hybrid(3 days in office as of January possible 4 days later in the year 2026)

REQUIREMENTS


• Deep knowledge/expertise & experience within Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related discipline


• Experience studying applied problems is a bonus – especially those concerning emerging technologies and user needs


• Strong communications skills: written, oral, and graphical


• Strong project management skills with ability to balance tasks spanning multiple studies


• Knowledge of inferential statistics and familiarity with statistical analysis software (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS) is an asset


• Strong preference for graduate degree in relevant area (as specified above)


• ~3-5 years of relevant research experience (including academic experience)


• We consider academic work towards graduate degrees as relevant experience (for example: primary research work towards thesis, papers, etc. as well as teaching and mentorship)
