Role Description:

Required Skill Sets:

  • Good years of experience in Production Support, Service Management or Application Operations.
  • Strong understanding of Capital Markets, trading workflows, and risk management systems.
  • Proven experience in IT service delivery or production support in financial services.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices, incident change problem management.
  • Experience with monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and performance dashboards.
