Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Desk/Warehouse Worker to join our team. This position is primarily focused on office and order desk work, with occasional support in the warehouse as needed.

Duties

  • Answer phones, emails and assist customers and sales reps with orders and inquiries.
  • Process sales orders and invoices accuratly.
  • Post payments and generate bank deposits.
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure timely and correct order fullfillment.
  • Assist with order picking, packing, and packaging to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Load and unload goods from trucks, ensuring proper handling of heavy items through heavy lifting techniques.
  • Maintain organized records and general office and warehouse tasks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Dependable, positive attitude, and team player
  • Basic computer skills
  • Prior experience in an office and/or warehouse is an asset but not required.
  • Ability to list up to 50lbs ocassionaly.
  • Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment, packaging, and load & unload operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Experience with warehouse safety protocols and equipment maintenance is a plus.
