Professional Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Services Manager to lead the successful delivery of large-scale enterprise implementations for clients across the capital markets sector. Based in Toronto, this role is central to ensuring that our global financial services customers achieve maximum value from our technology platform through best-in-class project delivery, solution design, and client partnership.
The ideal candidate has deep experience working with major banks, broker-dealers, asset managers, or exchanges and is comfortable managing complex front-to-back capital markets programs involving trading, risk, operations, data, and regulatory workflows.
What You'll Do
Lead multi-million-dollar enterprise implementation programs across global and Canadian capital markets clients.
Oversee project delivery from discovery to go-live, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are consistently met.
Collaborate with key client stakeholders including Heads of Trading, Risk, Operations, Technology, and Regulatory teams.
Drive solution design, architecture alignment, and functional integration across trading, risk, data management, and post-trade environments.
Manage cross-functional delivery teams including consultants, solution architects, project managers, and integration specialists.
Champion delivery excellence, governance frameworks, and best practices across all engagements.
Support pre-sales, RFP responses, scoping efforts, and implementation strategy planning.
Build trusted, long-term relationships at senior levels and support expansion opportunities within enterprise accounts.
What We're Looking For
7–12+ years of professional services, consulting, or solution delivery experience within the capital markets domain.
Strong expertise in enterprise-scale implementations at major financial institutions (banks, asset managers, broker-dealers, exchanges).
In-depth understanding of capital markets workflows such as:
Front-office trading (FX, equities, fixed income, derivatives)
Market and credit risk
Operations & post-trade
Reference data & market data integration
Clearing, settlement, and regulatory reporting
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase programs with diverse stakeholders.
Strong communication, client management, and leadership skills.
Experience working with capital markets platforms (e.g., Murex, Calypso, Charles River, Bloomberg, FIS, Broadridge, Markit) is a strong asset.
Preferred Skills
PMP, Agile/Scrum certification, or equivalent delivery methodology experience.
Technical or solution architecture background (API integration, data workflows, configuration).
Experience in overseeing offshore/nearshore delivery models.
