We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee multi-family residential projects from groundbreaking to final inspection. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction operations on multi-family residential job sites.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
- Manage site logistics, including deliveries, equipment, and workforce scheduling.
- Resolve field issues promptly to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Lead weekly site meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Superintendent in multi-family residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple trades and phases of construction.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
