Block Manager
to join a professional, mature, and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 35–40 residential leasehold sites across Windsor and the surrounding areas
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leaseholders, RMC directors, freeholders, and contractors
  • Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring all works comply with health & safety requirements
  • Prepare and manage service charge budgets in collaboration with the in-house accounts team
  • Conduct regular site inspections and attend evening AGMs when required
  • Work closely with internal legal and accounts support to ensure timely, professional service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and use Qube effectively for all management tasks
  • Ensure smooth contractor coordination and uphold strong standards of performance across all sites

About You

  • Must be TPI qualified
  • Experienced Block Manager with a solid understanding of residential leasehold legislation
  • Professional, mature, and confident in handling a busy portfolio
  • Strong communicator, capable of building trust and resolving issues effectively
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Must hold a full driving licence and have access to your own car (parking provided)
  • Comfortable attending evening AGMs when required
  • Preferably someone with a stable career history and long-term commitment

What They Offer

  • £50,000 per annum
  • Office-based role initially, hybrid after
  • Working hours: 9am–5pm, with flexibility for AGMs
  • 23 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
