SUMMARY:

White Ash Group is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our Operations team. Reporting to the President, the ideal candidate aspires to work in the field of cultivated cannabis with a dedicated team The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic operational support for a variety of ongoing and upcoming projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for overall planning of supply, capacity, logistics, purchasing and inventory.
  • Ensure that organizational supply chain roles and responsibilities at the site are aligned with corporate and customer standards.
  • Responsible for maintaining optimal levels of raw material and finished goods inventory, including the allocation of safety stocks at various stages of the supply chain to achieve customer satisfaction and mitigate inventory exposure.
  • Interface with cross-functional collaboration, including but not limited to sales and marketing, R&D, quality, and finance.
  • Validation and clear articulation of project objectives, business case financial records, costs and benefits; Prepare, reconcile with sales and update product demand forecasts.
  • Provide real-time visibility into supply and demand plans, confirmed and approved volumes, including future innovation needs.
  • Manage configuration for purchasing, trade maps, and forecasting through MRP.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and design supply chain dashboards with the IT team for executive evaluation.
  • Perform data analysis and interpretation of results through the implementation of a weekly dashboard of KPIs at the executive level, agreed, continuous and constantly evolving.
  • Manage, coach and supervise the team.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of applicable direct experience in supply chain management
  • Experience in cannabis, pharmaceutical, medical, food, or beverage industries preferred
  • Strong computer skills – including and especially MS Excel – testing (e.g. pivot tables, VLOOKUP, links, etc.) can be applied.
  • Strong negotiation skills, ability to develop the supplier portfolio in the context of procurement.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly in a growing business environment.
  • Able to lead transformation and align with strategic business objectives.
  • In-depth knowledge and excellent understanding of a range of business intelligence concepts as well as current business functions and practices, including but not limited to maintenance management, inventory management, records management, policies, procedures and reporting.
  • Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience in managing supply chain processes, productivity, and efficiency measures.
  • Previously, he demonstrated strong cross-functional team and project leadership skills, effective communication skills, and organization and attention to detail.
  • Experience with MRP/ERP – Microsoft 360 is an asset.
  • Experience in the cannabis, food, beverage or related regulated consumer goods industry is an asset.
  • Experience in transformation and building a strong team.

  • Responsable de maintenir des niveaux optimaux d'inventaire des matières premières et des produits finis, y compris l'allocation des stocks de sécurité à différents stades de la chaîne d'approvisionnement afin d'atteindre la satisfaction de la clientèle et d'atténuer l'exposition aux stocks.
  • Interface avec une collaboration interfonctionnelle, incluant mais sans s'y limiter les ventes et le marketing, la R&D, la qualité et les finances.
  • Validation et articulation claire des objectifs du projet, des dossiers financiers du business case, des coûts et bénéfices; Préparer, concilier avec les ventes et mettre à jour les prévisions de la demande produit.
  • Fournir une visibilité en temps réel des plans d'offre et de demande, des volumes confirmés et approuvés, y compris les besoins futurs en innovation.
  • Gérez via le MRP la configuration pour les achats, les cartes de commerce et les prévisions.
  • Développer des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) et concevoir des tableaux de bord de la chaîne d'approvisionnement avec l'équipe TI pour une évaluation exécutive.
  • Effectuer l'analyse des données et l'interprétation des résultats grâce à la mise en place d'un tableau de bord hebdomadaire de KPI au niveau exécutif, convenu, continu et en constante évolution.
  • Gérer, coacher et encadrer l'équipe.

FORMATION & EXPÉRIENCE :

  • Baccalauréat en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, gestion des opérations, gestion des affaires.
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience directe applicable en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement
  • Expérience dans les secteurs du cannabis, pharmaceutique, médical, alimentaire ou des boissons, un atout.
  • De solides compétences en informatique – y compris et surtout MS Excel – test (par exemple tableaux croisés dynamiques, VLOOKUP, liens, etc.) peuvent être appliquées.
  • Solides compétences en négociation, capacité à développer le portefeuille de fournisseurs dans le cadre des achats.
  • Capacité démontrée à s'adapter rapidement dans un environnement d'affaires en pleine croissance.
  • Capable de mener la transformation et de s'aligner sur les objectifs stratégiques d'affaires.
  • Connaissances approfondies et excellente compréhension d'une gamme de concepts d'intelligence d'affaires ainsi que des fonctions et pratiques courantes d'affaires, incluant, mais sans s'y limiter, la gestion de la maintenance, la gestion des inventaires, la gestion des dossiers, les politiques, les procédures et les rapports.
  • Capacité prouvée à obtenir des résultats dans un environnement rapide avec des priorités et des échéances changeantes.
  • Expérience dans la gestion des processus de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, de la productivité et des mesures d'efficacité.
  • Auparavant, il a démontré de solides compétences en chef d'équipe et de projet interfonctionnel, des aptitudes en communication efficaces, ainsi qu'une organisation et un souci des détails.
  • Expérience avec le système MRP/ERP – Microsoft 360 est un atout.
  • L'expérience dans l'industrie du cannabis, de l'alimentation, des boissons ou dans les biens de consommation réglementés connexes est un atout.
  • L'expérience de la transformation et la création d'une équipe solide.
