Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Service Supervisor role located in Winnipeg, MB. The Service Supervisor will oversee daily store operations, provide outstanding customer service, and ensure the team meets performance goals. Key responsibilities include managing a team of associates, monitoring workflows, and maintaining customer satisfaction while delivering a seamless in-store experience. Additional responsibilities include supervising customer service activities and providing training and guidance to develop the skills of team members.

  • Strong Supervisory Skills for managing teams and workflows effectively
  • Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional experiences
  • Proficiency in Training and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Outstanding Communication skills to engage effectively with team members and customers
  • Problem-solving abilities and knowledge of retail operations are valuable assets
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent education is required
