Our treasury team is a shared function across the Dream group of companies and as a result you will provide treasury support and gain exposure to all divisions of Dream.

What will you do?

Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role. There will be more, but we can discuss those in person.

• Obtain an understanding of the cash funding requirements for all Dream group of companies and assist in preparing cash forecasts for our companies;
• Maintain the reconciliation and reporting of the Dream group of companies' cash activities on a daily basis;
• Ensure appropriate documentation is maintained for all bank transactions and communicated to finance teams in a timely manner.
• Provide insight to the treasury manager on daily cash / banking activities to identify continuous improvements to our processes;
• Assist in the administration and management of the Company's credit facilities by calculating any associated costs such as interest expense and standby fees;
• Process outgoing wire payments, EFT's and internal bank to bank transfer
• Download daily banking statements and update daily cash and cheque listing
• Assist with new bank account opening, update signing schedule and indemnity forms with various financial institution.

What type of experience do you have?

• We'd love it if you've gained experience in a real estate environment or a large complex organization;
• You have an undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience;
• You have strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and Word;
• Extra points if you have experience with JD Edwards system.

Total Rewards @ Dream

This is a regular, full-time position with a compensation range of $55,000–$75,000. In addition to base salary, the role may be eligible for a performance-based bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, which includes paid vacation and personal days, flexible benefits, mental health resources, access to perks and discounts, professional development support, and team-building and social events.

Compensation is determined based on several factors, including relevant experience, total years of experience, industry experience, education, and professional designations.
