Role: Scrum Master (Security)

Contract Duration: 11 months

Location: Scarborough, ON/ Hybrid (2 days/ week)

Candidate Requirements:

1) 5+ years of experience with large scale migration project, specifically, modernization of security applications

2) 2+ years of People Management experience and/or leading large cross-functional/cross-regional teams on major organizational projects, preferably in an agile work environment

3) Project Management experience with a strong understanding of agile project management principles practices coupled with working experience as a ScrumMaster in a recent project/initiative

4) Knowledge of IT IAM technologies such as Entra, Cryptography

5) 5+ years of experience working closely with multiple stakeholders, especially with senior management to ensure timely execution of the project and resolving technical issues in a cost-effective manner

Nice-To-Have Skills:

1) ScrumMaster Certification (CSM)

2) PMP certification

3) JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint
