What You'll Do
  • Lead day-to-day body shop operations and keep work flowing smoothly
  • Manage technicians, painters, estimators, and support staff
  • Ensure repairs meet quality, safety, and OEM standards
  • Oversee scheduling, cycle times, productivity, and shop performance
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and handle escalations with confidence
  • Review estimates, parts, supplements, and repair timelines
  • Build a positive, accountable, and team-first shop culture
  Who You Are
  • Experienced in body shop or collision repair operations
  • A natural leader who can coach, motivate, and hold people accountable
  • Customer-focused and solutions-driven
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with numbers and KPIs
  • Hands-on when needed—you're not afraid to be on the floor
  What You Bring
  • 5+ years of body shop, collision repair, or automotive management experience
  • Strong knowledge of estimating, repair processes, and workflow management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with shop management or estimating software (an asset)
