The Opportunity

Are you a clinically skilled Certified Dental Assistant with a passion for Endodontics? Oral Science is seeking a highly motivated Dental Assistant to transition from the operatory to a national sales and education role. As the first Endodontic Sales & Education Consultant for our newly formed division, you will use your chairside expertise to teach dentists and staff how to integrate our "Minimally Invasive Endodontic Program."

For over 20 years, Oral Science has positioned itself as the Dental Hygiene Specialist. Our mission is to identify the most effective, evidence-based products and protocols to support leading dental practices in improving clinical outcomes related to periodontal disease, peri-implant disease, high-risk caries, xerostomia, and tooth sensitivity. This is achieved through diagnostics, in-office treatments, home-care solutions, and education.

We are now expanding our mission through a privileged partnership with Woodpecker and Kevin Peter Tech to revolutionize the Canadian endodontic market. Led by our Endodontic Education Director, world-renowned endodontist Dr. Ken Serota, you will represent a portfolio that includes:


• Advanced Endodontic Motors & Scalers


• Apex Locators


• Bioceramic Sealers & Files


• Irrigation & Obturation Systems

Role Overview

Through privileged partnerships with Woodpecker and Kevin Peter Tech, Oral Science has recently entered the endodontic market. Our vision is to become a leader by offering a Minimally Invasive Endodontic Program that includes endodontic scalers, apex locators, motors, files, irrigation systems, obturation devices, and a wide range of endodontic consumables.

Led by our Endodontic Education Director and world-renowned endodontist, Dr. Ken Serota, the newly created Oral Science Endodontic Division is building its sales team and is seeking its first Endodontic Sales & Education Consultant.

Role Description

Under the supervision of the Sales Manager (CEO & Co-Founder) and working closely with Dr. Ken Serota, the Marketing Team (Marketing Director and Marketing Coordinator), and an Endodontic Service Centre, you will:


• Represent Oral Science to general practitioner dentists and endodontists


• Identify prospective clients and assess their specific needs


• Present the value of our Minimally Invasive Endodontic protocol


• Demonstrate the unique benefits of Woodpecker and KP products


• Drive sales of endodontic products


• Support the operational integration of products into dental practices


• Troubleshoot and resolve potential technical or operational needs


• Participate in conventions and hands-on educational events across Canada

Who You Are


• Located at our head office in Brossard


• Certified Dental Assistant with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the dental field


• Bilingual


• Experience with an endodontist or a General Practice offering endodontic treatments    is a must


• Entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment


• Highly motivated, results-driven, and success-oriented


• Strong time management and organizational skills


• Able to quickly build trust and build rapport with clients


• Adaptable communication style to engage various personality types


• Excellent active listening and analytical skills to assess client needs


• Confident and engaging presenter during clinical demonstrations and seminars


• Detail-oriented, structured, and consistent in daily work


• Comfortable with technology and proficient in basic computer applications (Mac     environment experience is an asset)


• Sales experience and/or a strong network within the dental community is a     significant asset


• Flexible schedule with availability for occasional evening and weekend events


• Collaborative team player who performs well independently


• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and strong interpersonal skills
