Responsibilities

  • Being respectful to customers.
  • Greeting and seating customers.
  • Providing assistance with menu. (knowing the menu, dietary restrictions and e.t.c)
  • Taking customer orders.
  • Serving customers promptly and professionally.
  • Providing excellent customer service, addressing concerns and/or requests.
  • Taking payments.
  • Contributing to a positive dining experience by maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not mandatory as we are willing to train.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
