LED Lights Canada is Your Canadian LED Lighting Solution
LED Lights Canada is a Canadian owned company located in Edmonton, Alberta. Our mission is to provide Canadians with the highest quality energy-saving LED lighting products and accessories at an affordable price. We are constantly buying and testing new products as they become available and are certified for sale in Canada and passing that knowledge on to our customers. "We make sure that our customers are able to make their world brighter".
As a Production Specialist reporting to the owner of the company, you will be part of the front line to customers and will be responsible for a variety of customer-focused tasks in the day-to-day operation of the company. This will include customer service, consultations, and production assembly. You will be demonstrating outstanding listening, attention to detail, intrinsic motivation to become knowledgeable in our industry, and organizational capabilities (interruptions to work flow are common as needs arise). All of these traits and practices are required while assisting customers in their purchasing needs of LED lighting and associated supplies.
As a small business this is "a roll up your sleeves position" where you will be expected to pitch in where needed to facilitate meeting the company's goals. A zest for learning new technology is required, as is a hand-on approach to understanding that technology.
In return for your work, you will be rewarded for your efforts with a competitive wage, signing bonus, and an attractive bonus plan that is subject to both personal and business performance.
Join us and become part of the LED Lighting Canada Team. You'll become part of the family – and like all families, all our individual team members share some winning characteristics.
