As a Customer Success Associate Consultant, you'll enter our Customer Success Associate Development Program (CSADP) an immersive experience designed to build your product expertise, consulting skills, business acumen, and implementation methodology. Responsibilities
What To Expect:
As a Customer Success Associate Consultant, you will:
- Tackle complex business challenges individually and as part of a team through strategy, execution, and innovative problem-solving.
- Deliver high-quality projects, proactively seek out opportunities for improvement, and provide best-practice guidance to help our clients maximize the value of NetSuite.
- Consult with clients to deeply understand their business needs, map requirements to NetSuite functionality, and support smooth system configuration and adoption.
- Drive customer satisfaction and measurable impact by meeting obtainable goals and metrics.
- Be at the forefront of AI adoption in the ERP space embracing change, exploring new technologies, and introducing clients to transformative solutions.

Who You Are:
- A recent graduate with a bachelor's degree, preferred courses of study include Information/Computer Science, MIS, Accounting Info Systems, or Technology Management and a passion for launching a consulting career.

- Creative, resilient, and ready to tackle complex problems with a can-do attitude.

CA: Hiring Range in CAD from: $44,000 - $96,200 per year.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
