Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role involves supporting various construction, maintenance, or manufacturing projects by performing manual tasks that require physical strength and endurance. The ideal candidate will be committed to safety, punctuality, and quality work, contributing to the successful completion of projects in a timely manner.

Duties

• Assist with loading and unloading materials
• Operate basic hand tools and machinery as needed under supervision
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas throughout the shift
• Assist with site setup and breakdown after project completion

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or related fields is a plus but not required
• Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) regularly
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to safety standards
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
• Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$24.23 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
