Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Wireless Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will help drive sales while delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You'll assist customers in choosing the right devices and plans, provide product information, and ensure smooth transactions from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Welcome customers warmly and professionally.
- Assist customers in identifying their mobile needs and recommend suitable products and plans.
- Demonstrate product features, answer questions, and provide pricing information.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Engage proactively with customers to promote products and services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and accessories to enhance the customer experience.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system (RQ) IQ Metrix.
Product Knowledge
- Stay informed on the latest mobile devices, plans, and promotions from Freedom Mobile.
- Continuously update product knowledge and industry trends.
- Educate customers on product benefits and features to support informed purchasing decisions.
Store Maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.
- Track inventory and assist with restocking as needed.
- Participate in routine store tasks, including inventory counts and merchandising updates.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for excellent service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of mobile devices and technology.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
