What You'll Do:

  • Sales & Service: Offer auto, home, commercial, life, and accident and sickness products to new and existing clients.
  • Drive Sales: Respond to inbound inquiries, follow up on leads, conduct insurance reviews, and uncover cross-sell opportunities.
  • Build Relationships: Connect with referral partners like car dealers, realtors, and property managers—no cold calling, just real conversations.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Maintain a clean credit and criminal record.

This is not MLM. We don't ask you to sell to friends and family. We're a traditional insurance agency focused on real product sales and client service. This is an in-office position.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Compensation: Base salary + commissions + bonuses. First-year target: $55,000–$70,000.

  • All Costs Covered: We pay for your licensing, training, and continuing education.
  • Work-Life Balance: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. No evenings, weekends, nor travel.

Requirements:

  • Valid LLQP license
  • General Level 1 Insurance license (or willingness to obtain—we'll train you)
