IT Project Lead

Insight Global is seeking an experienced IT Project Lead to join one of our top retail clients on a 6-month contract. This resource will be driving integration initiatives across legacy systems, EPMO, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP D365), ensuring seamless collaboration between IT and business functions. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, architect scalable solutions, and ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with enterprise goals.

Location: St Jacobs, ON
Duration: 6 month contract
Pay: $60-$70/hr
Required Skills and Experience:
- 10–15 years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on integration architecture and solution design
- Proven experience as a Project Lead, IT Integration Architect, or Solution Architect
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP D365) and EMPO platforms
- Strong understanding of legacy system integration and cloud-native architectures
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management)
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a results-driven mindset
Nice to Have Skills and Experience:
- Retail industry experience
- Certifications in Azure Architecture, ERP D365, or Project Management (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, PMP)
- Experience with enterprise service buses (ESBs), APIs, and middleware platforms
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
