Position Overview:
As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing client engagements, including year-end compilation engagements, corporate and personal tax return preparation, and financial statement generation.

Job Function: Accounting

Reporting to: Senior Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage year-end compilation engagements for clients.
  • Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare and review corporate and personal tax returns, including complex tax situations.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide timely responses to inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on compilations and tax preparation.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and tax preparation software.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Aperçu du poste :

En tant que gestionnaire, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans le succès de l'entreprise en supervisant et en gérant divers mandats de clients. Diriger et gérer des mandats de compilation de fin d'année pour un portefeuille de clients.
Examiner les états financiers pour garantir leur exactitude et leur conformité aux normes comptables.
Préparer et réviser les déclarations de revenus des sociétés et des particuliers, y compris dans des situations fiscales complexes.
Rester informé des changements dans les lois fiscales et règlements pour garantir la conformité et maximiser les avantages fiscaux pour les clients.
Entretenir des relations solides avec les clients grâce à une communication régulière et des réponses rapides aux demandes.
Fournir un leadership et un encadrement à une équipe de comptables et de professionnels juniors.
Soutenir et mettre en œuvre des programmes de formation pour renforcer les compétences des membres de l'équipe dans des domaines tels que les flux de travail, la comptabilité et la fiscalité.
Effectuer des révisions régulières des papiers de travail et de la documentation pour garantir leur exactitude et leur conformité.

Qualifications :

Bilingue (anglais et français)
Titulaire du titre de Comptable Professionnel Agréé (CPA)
Diplôme universitaire en comptabilité, finance ou domaine connexe.
Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en comptabilité publique, avec une focalisation sur les mandats de compilation et la préparation fiscale.
Solide connaissance des principes comptables, des réglementations fiscales et des normes de présentation des états financiers.
Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication.
Aptitudes avérées en matière de leadership et de gestion d'équipe.
Maîtrise des logiciels comptables et fiscaux.
Souci du détail et engagement envers la réalisation d'un travail de haute qualité.
