The Content Creation Specialist (English Market) is responsible for producing photo and video content for social media and managing the brand's digital presence. She contributes directly to the brand's visibility, aesthetic, and creative DNA.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media

  • Develop and publish content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Conceptualize and design engaging visual assets for social media platforms.
  • Schedule and publish posts using internal management tools.
  • Create, launch, and oversee stories for daily content and campaigns.
  • Engage with the community throughout the week, responding to messages, mentions, and comments.
  • Participate in TikTok Live sessions alongside the Marketing Coordinator—Influencer & Community.
  • Maintain and manage the editorial content calendar.
  • Prepare and publish YouTube Shorts.
  • Schedule and distribute podcast episodes across all platforms.

UGC/EGC Content

  • Identify, reach out to, and coordinate with healthcare professionals or relevant collaborators for filming.
  • Develop content concepts, including educational angles, demonstrations, and testimonials.
  • Plan and manage filming days, including scheduling, locations, and overall production atmosphere.
  • Film and direct video and photo shoots.
  • Edit content to fit social media formats and specifications.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand's image, tone, and educational objectives.

Education & Experience

  • College diploma (DEC) or bachelor's degree (BAA) in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Fashion, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Experience in art direction or photo shoot coordination (major asset).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English/French)—English is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong creativity, aesthetic sense, and understanding of brand identity.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and formats (especially Instagram and TikTok).
  • Comfort directing models and facilitating creative sessions.
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and sense of priorities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
