Twelve Mile Tattoo is looking to hire a Tattoo Studio Manager to oversee the studio's daily operations. The details of the job and how to apply are provided in detail below:

  1. Business and primary work location - Suite Lake Street, St Catharines, ON L2R 5X9

  2. Terms of employment - permanent and full-time, working 30~40 hours per week. Work days will be schedules as necessary, sometimes requiring to work on weekends. Primary language of work is English.

  3. Offered salary - $ $40.71 per hour depending on experience.

  4. Job duties:

  5. Manage and evaluate tattoo studio operations, including client service, appointment scheduling, artist coordination, supply management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  6. Create and enforce procedures for artists and studio personnel to maintain consistent service quality and meet health regulations.
  7. Plan and manage the studio's budget and track inventory of tattoo materials, equipment, and consumables.
  8. Track deposits, payments, and daily revenue, and prepare regular financial reports for studio management.
  9. Address customer inquiries and complaints and take action to resolve service-related problems.
  10. Plan and coordinate studio promotion via social media advertising and involvement in local events.
  11. Oversee the hiring, training, and performance of tattoo artists and administrative staff.

  12. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the studio.

  13. Job requirements:

  14. Over 5 years of experience in the tattoo industry, with a deep passion for tattoos and a strong understanding of the industry's culture, ethics, and trends. 2+ years in managerial roles within tattoo studios, overseeing daily operations, artist coordination, and client service.
  15. Ability to supervise annual budgets between 100, ,000.
  16. Ability to supervise a team of approximately 5 people as a minimum.
  17. Proven track record in organizing and participating in tattoo conventions, including event logistics, promotion, and client engagement.
  18. A college diploma in economics or finance, with skills in budgeting, cost control, and revenue reporting.
  19. Proficient in computer tools as MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, and social media platforms.
  20. Excellent organizational and communication skills, ensuring smooth workflow and high customer satisfaction.
