About the Role:
We are seeking full-time Precious Metals Analyst to join our growing team in Montreal. This is an in-person role where you'll interact with customers buying or selling gold and other precious metals. We provide full in-store customer service training to set you up for success.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
- Accurately assess customers' precious metals using the tools and processes provided
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Participate in additional projects and tasks as assigned
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn
- Comfort with computers and basic math
- Interest in professional development and growth
Compensation:
- Hourly rate: $20–$22/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
- Customer service bonuses available

Experience:
- Customer service experience: 1 year minimum
