About the Role:
We are seeking full-time Precious Metals Analyst to join our growing team in Montreal. This is an in-person role where you'll interact with customers buying or selling gold and other precious metals. We provide full in-store customer service training to set you up for success.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
  • Accurately assess customers' precious metals using the tools and processes provided
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in additional projects and tasks as assigned

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn
  • Comfort with computers and basic math
  • Interest in professional development and growth

Compensation:

  • Hourly rate: $20–$22/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
  • Customer service bonuses available

  • 8-hour shifts

Experience:

  • Customer service experience: 1 year minimum
