Overview

We're looking for an energized, driven Auto Body Repair Technician who takes pride in their work and understands how insurance-based repairs operate in a professional shop environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform quality auto body repairs on insurance claim vehicles
  • Follow OEM and insurance repair procedures
  • Work efficiently with estimators to complete approved repair plans
  • Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles properly
  • Document repairs and communicate any additional damage
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
  • Provide quality work to eliminate re-work

Required Experience

  • Minimum 3 years hands-on experience as an auto body repair technician
  • Welding experience
  • Experience working on insurance claim repairs
  • Understanding of repair procedures, supplements, and approvals
  • Ability to read and follow repair estimates
  • Familiarity with shop tools, equipment, and safety standards
