Duties

As a Nail Technician, your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing a variety of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements
  • Maintaining high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas
  • Effectively communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Upselling products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments
  • Building strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service

Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience with e-file/russian manicure
  • Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role within the beauty industry
  • Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation practices, and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to upsell products and services confidently
  • Experience in retail sales is a plus, enhancing your ability to recommend products that meet client needs
