Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Barbering and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services while ensuring client satisfaction through excellent communication and service.

Responsibilities

  • Perform haircuts, shaves, and other grooming services according to client preferences and current trends.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe environment for clients.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations for styles and products.
  • Upsell retail products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
  • Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments.
  • Foster a positive atmosphere by building rapport with clients and ensuring their comfort during services.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in barbering and grooming techniques through continuous education.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Barber.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Knowledge of retail sales techniques, including upselling strategies.
  • Proficient in various barbering techniques and tools.
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations.
  • A friendly demeanor with a passion for helping clients look their best.
