Summary

We are seeking four dedicated Class 1 Truck Driver to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our mission to promote sustainability by ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of materials to and from our recycling facility. This position is on a rotating 4 day on / 4 day off - 1 0 hour a day schedule

Responsibilities

  • Operate trucks to transport materials to and from the recycling facility
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize logistics operations
  • Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other staff
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
  • Qualifications
  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
  • Proven experience in commercial driving
  • Strong knowledge of freight operations and logistics
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment safely
  • Basic mechanical skills for vehicle maintenance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to safety and environmental standards
