We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our family practice team. The NP will work collaboratively with physicians and clinic staff to provide comprehensive primary care, manage acute and chronic conditions, and support preventive health initiatives.

This role offers a high degree of autonomy within scope of practice, with physician support readily available.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan
• Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and treatments within scope
• Deliver preventive care, health promotion, and patient education
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals
• Participate in quality improvement and team-based care initiatives

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in good standing with the CNO
• Primary Health Care NP certification
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care approach
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team
• Telus PS Suite EMR experience preferred

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $44.24-$120.82 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
