Whether managing large-scale properties or intimate settings, the Executive Housekeeper blends strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, creating environments that feel like home and run like clockwork.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensures all housekeeping duties are carried out in a timely and professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Trains and supervises the Housekeeping staff.
  • Assists with scheduling, housekeeping activities, and operations.
  • Performs a combination of tasks to maintain hotel guestrooms and surrounding areas in the housekeeping department.
  • Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the Company's policies, objectives, and applicable government laws and regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check.
  • Minimum age of 18 years is required to reside in company housing, where available.
  • Must be able to legally work in Canada.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

  • Ability to organize and prioritize work, and maintain attention to time constraints, while working in a team or group environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and external influences.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving daily goals.
  • Ability to support and comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines including support and comply with company health and safety standards.
  • Ability to stand/walk/work on feet for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
