Description

Reporting to the Manager, Technology, ERP, the Cutover Specialist, ERP (North America) is responsible for planning and delivering end-to-end cutover activities for SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation, including coordination with third-party vendors and integration partners. This role owns the overall cutover strategy and execution, ensuring a controlled, low-risk transition from legacy systems to the new SAP landscape.

Experience Required/Mandatory Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

8–10 years of progressive experience delivering SAP cutover for large-scale Greenfield, Brownfield, or migration initiatives.

Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and integrated SAP and non-SAP ecosystems.

Proven expertise in managing sophisticated, multi-system cutovers, including external integrations and data migration.

Deep understanding of cutover activities, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies related to SAP and other enterprise systems.

Experience working across CloudALM, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Tricentis, or similar platforms.

Strong leadership, communication, and collaborator management skills, with capacity to drive alignment across business and technology teams.
