Join our growing team at Naan Kabob As we continue to expand, we are seeking an outgoing, passionate, and innovative individual to join our Marketing Team. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, this role will play a key part in driving company-wide marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, creative leader who will help shape and execute Naan Kabob's day-to-day digital marketing efforts while working closely with the marketing team to deliver results.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and coordinates promotional campaigns and advertising materials to promote the company, and its products
  • Provide oversight of Internet, web site, including CMS, SEO, and all multimedia
  • Maximize the return on the Marketing Department resources and budget
  • Manage electronic media and custom promotional campaigns
  • Manage marketing, advertising, and office support functions
  • Assist in the development and implementation of company marketing strategy
  • Act as a project manager to assure marketing plans and actions are being implemented
  • Develop and enforce brand standards at the restaurant level
  • Attends various company and community events as needed
  • Develop creative messaging and identify the ideal mediums for execution
  • Recommends sponsorship to community events that have potential benefit to the brand
  • Research competitors and establish strategies to be steps ahead of the competition
  • Establish relationships with the community, competitors, and vendors
  • Recommend sponsorship to some community events have potential benefit to the brand
  • Maintain all spendings in accordance with the budget
  • Measure the effectiveness of all processes (budget, operations, and management, etc.)
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related discipline
  • Minimum two years of relevant marketing experience
  • Marketing experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is considered an asset
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience translating business needs into marketing solutions
  • Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and design software
