Our Client is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to support and oversee a technology ecosystem. This role is responsible for understanding, describing and translating into an overall technical architecture vision, strategy and ensuring architecture standards and principles. This includes the active communication and promotion of the vision, strategy and principles. This role is also responsible for defining the enterprise architecture framework to avoid redundancy, have integrated, cost-effective solutions and provide a common foundation for all system, service and infrastructure developments.
The role expected to follow a hybrid model, which may include a minimum of three days in the office (downtown Edmonton), typically Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and one other scheduled day. Work must be done during standard business hours, Monday-Friday. Must be Canadian Citizen to apply and work within Canada at all times.

Experience Required/Mandatory Skills
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field of study.
- Proposed resource must agree to a Criminal Records Check and Enhanced Security Clearance including a credit check prior to commencement.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional agile product teams, providing architectural direction, and mentoring developers and technical leads. (8+ years)
- Experience architecting, managing, and maintaining Azure Red Hat OpenShift clusters. (5+ years)
- Experience identifying and assessing requirements within multiple architecture domains e.g. business, application, technology, data/information, security, and privacy. (8+ years)
- Experience in documenting application architectures in a large and complex enterprise IT environment. (7+ years)
- Experience in planning, designing, implementing and supporting platform solutions in a large and complex enterprise IT environment. (7+ years)
- Experience providing leadership, planning, estimating, and presentations of ideas and solutions. (8+ years)
Nice To Have Skills
- Collaborate with data architects, engineers and analysts to design and optimize cloud architecture and services. (5+ years)
- Experience in contributing or developing application architecture standards and guidelines. (5+ years)
- Experience working as an application architect designing or maintaining solutions that use enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) hub architecture registries.(5+ years)
- Experience working as an application architect developing a solution using amCharts charting framework in a large and complex enterprise IT environment.(5+ years)
- Experience working as an application architect developing mobile solutions in a large and complex enterprise IT environment.(5+ years)
- Experience working with Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) Top Ten Web Application Security Flaws.(5+ years)
