MOVE IT. YVR Inc. is a white-glove moving company serving the Metro Vancouver area. We specialize in offering full-service packing and moving solutions, including packing everything from kitchens to closets, or assisting with just heavy lifting—based on our customers' preferences. Our primary goal is to make moving as stress-free and seamless as possible for our clients by providing professional and reliable services.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Professional Driver. The Professional Driver will be responsible for operating company trucks to transport goods safely and efficiently to various locations within the Metro Vancouver area. The role includes maintaining vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service. Effective communication with team members and customers is essential to ensure a smooth and satisfactory moving experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Truck Driving and possession of a valid CDL Class A license
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication skills to provide exceptional client support
  • Ability to safely operate and manage trucks in compliance with safety and traffic regulations
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Physical stamina to handle moving, loading, and unloading items
  • Previous experience in a moving or logistics-related role is an asset
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
