Job Summary:

The Shipping and Receiving position is a full-time role with a Monday through Friday schedule from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. One must possess the skills to multitask and prioritize tasks while ensuring Management, Sales, Customers, and Client delivery needs and requests are met in a timely fashion. This role will require one to verify, co-ordinate and manage incoming and outgoing shipments while ensuring accuracy and quality.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with loading fleet with sold parts in a timely fashion while ensuring all parts meet QC standards
  • Prepare and assist with all outgoing and incoming parts while ensuring accuracy and quality of product
  • Prepare and package parts for delivery ensuring quality and accuracy
  • Receive, process and inspect all incoming parts delivered by courier services
  • Maintain, organize, and clean shipping area
  • Ensure that all safety procedures and measures are taken to safely perform required task
  • Additional shipping tasks as requested by management

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

  • Shipping and Receiving experience an asset
  • Basic knowledge of automotive parts an asset
  • Ability to operate small hand tools
  • Ability to manage time efficiently to ensure good productivity
  • must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Forklift certification an asset
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with others
  • Team Player
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
