Job description
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Services plays a vital role in driving the success of Bridge programs and services. Working in tandem with the current Director of Service, this leader ensures the execution of The Bridge's guiding principles, strategic objectives, and operational plans. This role requires a dynamic leader dedicated to fostering a supportive and accountable environment, ensuring programs meet both contractual and organizational objectives.

Position: Permanent Full-time position 40 hours per week with an anticipated start date mid-March.
Compensation: $110, $128,502.40 per year
Indirect Compensation:
- Municipal Pension Plan Enrollment/Portability with 9.31% Pension matching after the 3-month probationary period or upon hire, depending on current Pension enrollment status
- Employer Paid Extended Health and Dental benefits after the 3-month probationary period
- Flexible Lifestyle or Health Spending Account
- 3 weeks vacation, which increases with length of service
- 1 paid wellness day per year

Qualifications
Education and experience
- Advanced Degree in relevant field i.e. social work, leadership, health, or education
- Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Supervising, inspiring, and leading program managers, fostering an atmosphere of encouragement and accountability.
- Directing and coordinating program delivery in line with The Bridge's mission and values, ensuring compliance with policy, legal, contractual, and budgetary requirements.
- Developing program logic models and evaluation frameworks, analyzing trends, and recommending improvements.
- Monitoring service delivery standards, including cultural relevancy and trauma-informed approaches.
- Inspiring and supporting the leadership team, hiring and mentoring Program Managers, and managing their performance.
- Developing program budgets and work plans, ensuring accurate reporting, and overseeing financial statements.
- Handling participant feedback, incident reports, and participating in annual operations planning and budgeting.
- Contributing to policies that support efficient operations and leading or supporting pan-agency initiatives such as diversity and inclusion plans and accreditation efforts.
