Position: Regional Sales Manager, Eastern Canada
Reporting to – Vice President, Sales
Summary/Objective
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and developing the sales strategy for Eastern Canada, in the Aftermarket business unit. This includes managing a team of Strategic Account Managers, cultivating key account relationships, and ensuring the achievement of regional sales targets.
Essential Functions
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities within the aftermarket segment and formulate effective strategies to capitalize.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets.
• Personally manage and nurture relationships with key accounts in the region.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals/presentations to customer base as well as end users with customers.
• Assist customers in the development of forecasts and demand planning requirements for manufacturing and supply chain purposes.
• Work with Segment Managers to develop detailed and accurate sales forecasting (annual and monthly) for the region and review the forecast and tire purchasing activity on a monthly basis.
• Propose customer solutions across different applications with the use of product range available.
• Represent Dynamic Tire at Trade Shows, Dealer Shows, and Trade Association meetings, driving awareness of brand and product availability.
• Work in collaboration with Regional Managers, Segment Managers, Supply Chain and Customer Service.
• Identify key market trends, competitive programs, and industry insights.
• Embrace and drive change.
Travel
• Frequent travel is required (National).
• Occasional International Travel.

Preferred Qualifications
• Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.
• Experience within the tire industry, familiarity with market trends.
• Knowledge of sales processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Le Gestionnaire régional des ventes sera responsable de superviser et de développer la stratégie commerciale pour l'Est du Canada , dans le segment d'affaires Après-marché. Cela inclut la gestion d'une équipe de Gestionnaires de comptes stratégiques, le développement des relations avec les comptes clés et l'atteinte des objectifs de ventes régionaux.
Fonctions essentielles
• Développer et mettre en oeuvre des plans stratégiques de vente alignés sur les objectifs globaux de l'entreprise. Identifier les opportunités de croissance dans le segment après-marché et formuler des stratégies efficaces pour en tirer parti.
• Diriger, mentorer et motiver une équipe de vente et la soutenir pour atteindre les objectifs individuels et collectifs.
• Gérer personnellement et entretenir les relations avec les comptes clés dans la région.
• Préparer et présenter des propositions/présentations de vente à la clientèle ainsi qu'aux utilisateurs finaux chez les clients.
• Aider les clients à développer des prévisions et des exigences de planification de la demande pour les besoins de fabrication et de chaîne d'approvisionnement.
• Travailler avec les gestionnaires de segments pour élaborer des prévisions de vente détaillées et précises (annuelles et mensuelles) pour la région et passer en revue les prévisions et l'activité d'achat de pneus sur une base mensuelle.
• Proposer des solutions pour les clients à travers différentes applications en utilisant la gamme de produits disponible.
• Représenter Dynamic Tire lors de salons professionnels, de salons de concessionnaires et de réunions d'associations professionnelles, afin de renforcer la notoriété de la marque et la disponibilité des produits.
• Travailler en collaboration avec les gestionnaires régionaux des ventes, les gestionnaires de segments, la chaîne d'approvisionnement et le service à la clientèle.
• Identifier les tendances du marché, les programmes concurrentiels et les informations sectorielles clés.

• Des déplacements fréquents sont requis (national).
• Déplacements internationaux occasionnels.
