As a Senior Producer, you'll partner directly with major external studios to build unforgettable AAA experiences together. You'll oversee projects at various stages of development, ensuring we deliver high-quality work that aligns with both the client's expectations and industry standards. Your ability to nurture strong relationships and guide multidisciplinary internal teams will be at the core of your success.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the pace and excitement of contributing to multiple high-caliber, globally recognized titles. 

In this role you will :
  • Act as our client's main point of contact, drive clear communication, and ensure expectations stay aligned from start to finish.
  • Lead multidisciplinary internal teams working on a variety of mandates.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, each with its own world, workflows, and challenges.
  • Identify risks proactively and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure smooth development for both your internal and your external stakeholders.
  • Oversee budgets, resources, and scope to ensure profitability and production excellence across all active projects.
  • Help refine how we deliver co-dev projects by improving tools, processes, communication frameworks, and production practices that benefit our entire client portfolio.
What we're looking for:
  • Expertise in managing multiple cross-discipline teams and a minimum of 5+ years as a Producer.  
  • Demonstrated experience in managing published AAA games for PC/Console and on co-development projects.
  • Experience of leading multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in developing processes and procedures for gaming production. 
Dans ce rôle vous devrez :
  • Être le·la principal·e point de contact du client, assurer une communication claire et veiller à ce que les attentes restent alignées du début à la fin.
  • Diriger des équipes internes multidisciplinaires travaillant sur divers mandats.
  • Gérer plusieurs projets simultanément, chacun avec son propre univers, ses flux de travail et ses défis.
  • Identifier les risques de manière proactive et mettre en place des stratégies efficaces pour garantir un développement fluide, tant pour vos parties prenantes internes qu'externes.
  • Superviser les budgets, les ressources et le périmètre afin d'assurer la rentabilité et l'excellence de production sur l'ensemble des projets actifs.
  • Contribuer à améliorer la livraison des projets de co-développement en optimisant les outils, les processus, les cadres de communication et les pratiques de production pour l'ensemble de notre portefeuille client.
Ce que nous recherchons :
  • Expertise dans la gestion d'équipes pluridisciplinaires et minimum 5+ années d'expérience en tant que Producteur·trice.
  • Expérience avérée dans la gestion de jeux AAA publiés sur PC/Console et sur des projets de co-développement.
  • Expérience dans la direction de plusieurs projets simultanément.
  • Expérience dans la mise en place de processus et procédures pour la production de jeux vidéo.

En tant que Producteur·trice Senior·e, vous collaborerez directement avec des studios externes majeurs pour créer ensemble des expériences AAA inoubliables. Vous superviserez des projets à différents stades de développement, en veillant à livrer un travail de haute qualité conforme aux attentes du client et aux standards de l'industrie. Votre capacité à entretenir des relations solides et à guider des équipes internes multidisciplinaires sera au cœur de votre réussite.
