We are looking for a Mobile Site Engineer to join our Technology Team

In this role, you will support the setup, installation, and maintenance of mobile network sites across Cyprus.

Location: This is an on-site, full time position based at our headquarters in either Nicosia or Limassol.

What will you be doing?

  • Visit buildings and outdoor locations to carry out site surveys
  • Plan cable routes and prepare simple layouts for equipment placement
  • Supervise contractors during installation work
  • Prepare basic sketches/drawings to record site layouts
  • Perform basic electrical and technical checks during site installations
  • Travel across Cyprus to support maintenance and fault repair work
  • Perform on-call maintenance and rigging/climbing activities when required
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in internal systems

We are looking for you if you have:

  • A technical or engineering background (a related degree will be considered an advantage)
  • Basic knowledge of electrical or telecom systems (training will be provided)
  • Driving licence
  • Ability to work in the field, including climbing/rigging activities when required
  • Comfort working outdoors and travelling across Cyprus using a company car
  • Good problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Good command of Microsoft Office
