We are seeking Engineering Students for our Calgary District, within our Canadian Buildings Division that are available for a minimum of 4 months starting in May

Here's how an Engineering Student contributes to our team:

Responsibilities
Coordinating drawings and work specific scope/trades/sub-tradesConduction of trade quote reviews by verifying material quantities, hours and ratesParticipation in project meetingsCompletion of deficiency walks and updating of deficiency logsIssues warrantiesTakes/coordinates progress photosUpdates field drawings and produces as-built drawingsPerformance of quantity takeoffsVerification of site conditions and coordination of drawingsSet-up and maintenance of recordsProject schedule updates and creation of manual schedules using Primavera P6 EPPM softwareCreating and maintaining graphical scheduling using AutoCADMonitoring of workforce productivity Qualifications
A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle may be required depending on the project site/locationsCandidates must have a strong desire to work in a construction environment and prior field construction experience will be considered an assetApplication of various computer software programs will be required, including word processing, spreadsheet applications and drafting
