Lot Attendant – Bennett GM

Bennett GM is looking for a dependable and hardworking Lot Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in keeping our dealership lot organized, our vehicles presentable, and our customers' first impressions positive.

Position Summary:

As a Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the organization, cleanliness, and overall appearance of our vehicle inventory and lot. You'll support both the sales and service departments by ensuring vehicles are moved efficiently, checked in properly, and displayed to reflect the high standards of the Bennett GM brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional dealership lot.
  • Park and move vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Assist with vehicle check-in, ensuring quality control and documentation.
  • Support the sales and service teams with vehicle movement, deliveries, and occasional showroom vehicle adjustments.
  • Perform light facility maintenance such as snow removal and lot upkeep, as needed.
  • Handle licensing pick-up and drop-off.
  • Ensure vehicle keys and workspace are secure and organized.
  • Maintain a clean showroom by wiping and dusting vehicles regularly.
  • Gas vehicles so they are ready for test drives and deliveries.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to safely operate both manual and automatic vehicles (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Dependable and punctual.
