On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Technical Security Analyst – ServiceNow for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client's Toronto office.

Senior Technical Security Analyst – ServiceNow - Job Description:

The project involves Access Request Provisioning within a diverse team responsible for multiple business application provisioning. The role focuses on supporting end users and processing requests through the ticketing platform, ensuring efficient and timely execution.

Senior Technical Security Analyst – ServiceNow - Responsibilities:


• Support end users by processing requests submitted through our ticketing platform and follow documented procedures, ensuring timely execution and closure of access requests


• Investigate urgent issues and escalate requests accordingly, ensuring a valid business reason is provided


• Work in a diverse environment leveraging other team members' experience and knowledge

Senior Technical Security Analyst – ServiceNow - Mandatory Skills:


• At least 3 years of experience working in IT support and/or Service Desk support role


• Proficiency in ServiceNow


• Strong technical writing aptitude, written and verbal communications skills


• Strong ability to manage client and stakeholder relations with a strong sense of urgency and ability to shift tasks in high pressure environment


• Knowledge in Identity & Access Management controls and policies


• Skilled in collaboration, troubleshooting, and gap analysis

Senior Technical Security Analyst – ServiceNow – Nice-to-Have Skills:


• ITIL v3: Foundations, Operational Support & Analysis


• Strong technical writing aptitude, written and verbal communications skills

Senior Technical Security Analyst – ServiceNow – Assignment Length:

This is a 6-month contract position.
