About the Centre:

Welcome to Milestones Early Learning Wyong, located 5 minutes from the M1. We are a 79 place centre with four open-plan rooms and a large outdoor area. Our educators are a dedicated, passionate and caring team who thrive on building strong, trusting relationships with families and the children. About the Role

  • Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
  • Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
  • Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

About you

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
  • Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
  • A current Working with Children's Check
  • Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
