Professional Services Expert
we're looking for to join our fast-growing, dynamic team, you'll help design and deliver elections across the globe, working 1-on-1 with customers to craft smart solutions for their election and meeting needs. If you love helping people and want a career that's anything but ordinary, you're going to feel right at home here.

Get ready for some amazing travel opportunities You'll visit new places, support clients on-site, and experience different cities and communities as you run elections, meetings, and deliver consultations. This isn't your typical desk job This is your ticket to seeing the world while doing meaningful work that ensures every voice is heard.

In your first 3 months, you'll dive right in:

  • Building and launching election and meeting votes from start to finish
  • Supporting on-site and remote voting
  • Leading customer consultations
  • Delivering smooth implementations and providing top-tier training to ElectionBuddy's managed customers

By your 6-month mark, you'll be confidently managing your own projects, offering expert-level insights, and becoming a trusted advisor to customers around the world

Key Accountabilities

As a Professional Services Expert, you'll be:

  • Building strong customer relationships and helping organizations create smooth, high-integrity votes tailored to their needs
  • Guiding customers through their full ElectionBuddy experience, from setup to launch, with clear, friendly support
  • Hosting virtual and on-site voting sessions, ensuring accuracy and confidence in every step
  • Running live, on-site votes for customers (25-35% travel)
  • Serving as the main point of contact during election setup and voting, answering questions, and solving issues
  • Delivering certified results as an independent scrutineer to ensure fair, free, and democratic elections
  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes, document findings, and support new team members

Candidate Profile: Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of strong customer service experience and a passion for helping people
  • Valid passport and the ability to travel 25-35% for on-site voting events
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • A talent for problem-solving and explaining complex concepts simply
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
  • Confidence working independently and collaboratively within a supportive team
  • Curiosity, enthusiasm, and a desire to learn the ins and outs of elections, meeting votes, and our platform
  • Help First: Strong soft skills and a talent for understanding and managing customer expectations
  • Roll With It: Adaptable, quick-thinking, and energized by change and variety

We're looking to grow our
West Coast Canadian Team
(Alberta, British Columbia, or nearby areas) to stay closely connected with our customers and their time zones. Enjoy a flexible mix of virtual and on-site work, and even traveling internationally to support customers globally.
