Territory Manager – Northern Alberta
Help growers get more from their soil, their inputs, and their acres
About Annelida Soil Solutions
At Annelida Soil Solutions Ltd., we focus on one thing: helping farmers get the best possible performance from their soils and crop inputs. Our premium, all-natural worm-casting–based solutions are designed to enhance biological activity, improve nutrient availability, and increase the efficiency of both conventional and organic agronomic programs.
Our products are carefully processed and rich in beneficial microbes that support soil structure, water retention, nutrient cycling, and overall plant health. By strengthening soil biology, we help growers optimize the return on their existing fertilizer and crop protection investments, driving consistent, high-quality production.
If you value agronomic credibility, practical solutions, and long-term relationships with growers, you'll fit right in.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Territory Manager – Northern Alberta who thrives in the field and enjoys being a trusted technical partner to growers and dealers. This role offers significant autonomy and responsibility, with a clear expectation of ownership over your territory's growth and performance.
You will work directly with farmers, agronomists, and retail partners to demonstrate how Annelida's solutions integrate into conventional cropping systems and deliver measurable results.
What You'll Do
- Own and grow Annelida's customer base across Northern Alberta through direct-to-grower sales and dealer support
- Provide agronomic guidance, including soil health assessments and product recommendations aligned with growers' existing fertility and crop protection programs
- Build strong, long-term relationships with growers, agronomists, and agricultural retailers
- Lead on-farm trials, field demonstrations, and educational sessions to showcase product performance and input efficiency gains
- Identify and onboard new dealers while supporting the success of existing partners
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and market insights using CRM tools
- Represent Annelida at trade shows, grower meetings, and industry events
- Collaborate closely with internal agronomy, operations, and marketing teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience
Who You Are
You are practical, credible, and comfortable discussing real agronomic decisions in the field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, agronomy, or farming
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical recommendations
- Confident presenting products, running field trials, and leading demonstrations
- Highly organized and self-directed, with strong territory management skills
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating within a remote team
- Hands-on experience with Canadian cropping systems is required
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field is an asset
- Experience with CRM software is preferred; strong willingness to learn is required
- Must reside within the assigned territory
Why Join Annelida
- Represent biology-based solutions that complement and enhance conventional agronomy
- High level of autonomy with clear expectations and meaningful accountability
- Opportunity to build long-term relationships with progressive growers and dealers
- Be part of a growing company focused on practical, results-driven soil health
If you're motivated by performance, enjoy being in the field, and want to help growers extract maximum value from their soils and inputs, we'd love to hear from you.
Apply today and help drive agronomic performance across Northern Alberta.
