Parasail Captain – Seasonal Full-time Position in Kelowna, BC

We are looking for an experienced Parasail Captain to join our team for the 2026 summer season. If you enjoy being on the water, meeting new people, and operating a high-performance parasail boat safely and professionally, this could be a great opportunity.

Position details:

Location: 1356 Water St, Kelowna, BC V1Y9R3

Seasonal: May 15 to September 15 (flexible start and end dates available)

Pay: $36.60-$41.55 per hour based on experience, plus tips

Schedule: 5 to 7 days per week, weather dependent

Language: English

Key responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a parasail boat and provide a fun, secure experience for all guests.
  • Keep guest, crew, and vessel safety as the top priority.
  • Complete daily vessel and gear inspections, and maintain accurate weather and logbooks.
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service.
  • Make good decisions under pressure and in changing lake conditions.
  • Assist with minor maintenance, fueling, and troubleshooting when needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Parasail Captain with a clean safety record.
  • Valid SVOP (or equivalent) and Marine First Aid.
  • Strong boat-handling skills and the ability to adapt to changing weather conditions.
  • Professional attitude, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to lead a crew and keep daily operations running smoothly.
