About The Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse at our
Evergreen Community
in White Rock, you'll be instrumental in delivering compassionate and person-centered care. You'll collaborate with a dedicated team to enhance the quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with Registered Nurses to support complex care cases and ensure holistic resident well-being
• Administering medications, conducting health assessments, and developing individualized care plans
• Promoting resident wellness through engagement in physical and emotional health programs
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records using electronic systems such as PointClickCare and eMAR
• Leading with a servant heart, building positive relationships with residents, families, and your team
• Ensuring safe and respectful environments that reflect our commitment to dignity and excellence

Our Evergreen Community is nestled in the beautiful seaside city of White Rock at 1550 Oxford Street.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nursing Diploma
• Current registration in good standing with BCCNM
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred
• Availability to work consistent shifts, including evenings

You possess a deep understanding of medication administration protocols, standard precaution techniques, outbreak management, and pain management strategies, among other essential elements of healthcare delivery. Your collaborative nature has earned you the respect of your colleagues, who see you as a valuable team member. You bring a sense of humor and a fun-loving spirit to the care environment, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all.

Compensation & Benefits
Level 3 LPNs are compensated at an hourly rate ranging from $ $41.35.
