Overview

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Car Wash Attendant to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service while ensuring vehicles are cleaned efficiently and thoroughly. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong cleaning skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an opportunity to develop customer service skills and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering quality service.

Duties

  • Operate car wash equipment to clean vehicles effectively and safely
  • Assist customers with their vehicle needs and answer any questions they may have
  • Ensure all vehicles are washed according to company standards and customer expectations
  • Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including washing bays and surrounding facilities
  • Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on car wash equipment and report any issues promptly

Requirements

  • Prior experience in cleaning or customer service is a plus but not required; training will be provided
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure vehicles are cleaned thoroughly and properly
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and cleaning

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.50-$22.00 per hour
