About Us

Heritage Management, a trusted name in property and commercial management for over 40 years, is seeking a skilled and motivated, hands-on and energetic Night Shift Supervisor to join our team. We're looking for someone who's not just ready to do the work, but ready to take the lead.

What You'll Do

· shift coverage, and attendance tracking.

· Monitor quality and ensure all tasks are completed on time.

· Accomplish maintenance, cleaning, security, assigning, coaching, and doing.

· Responsible for inventory control and management of supplies and materials.

· Create a safe environment and act as point of contact for tenants requiring facility support after regular business hours

Who You Are

· Energetic, driven, and reliable.

· Bondable for necessary security clearances.

· Hands-on leader who's not afraid to work alongside the team.

· Strong communication and people management skills.

· Previous supervisory or team lead experience is an asset.

· Experience in facility services, cleaning or a related field is a plus.

· Understanding quality control standards and processes.

· Self-motivated and results driven.

· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

· Knowledge of WorkSafe NB health and safety standards.

· Must be bilingual in French/English

Ce Que Vous Ferez

· Gérer les horaires, les remplacements et le suivi des présences

· Surveiller la qualité et s'assurer que toutes les tâches sont accomplies à temps

· Répondre aux besoins en matière d'entretien, de nettoyage, de sécurité, assignant, encadrant et en participant activement

· Responsable du contrôle des stocks et de la gestion des fournitures et matériaux

· Créer un environnement sécuritaire et agir comme point de contact pour les locataires nécessitant du soutien en dehors des heures normales

Profil Recherché

· Énergique, motivé et fiable

· Admissible à une vérification de sécurité

· Leader pratique n'ayant pas peur de travailler avec l'équipe

· Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion du personnel

· Expérience en supervision ou en gestion d'équipe un atout

· Expérience dans les services d'entretien ou domaine connexe un plus

· Connaissance des normes de contrôle de la qualité

· Autonome et axé sur les résultats

· Maîtrise de Microsoft Word et Excel

· Connaissance des normes de santé et sécurité de Travail sécuritaire NB

· Doit être bilingue
