This clinic offers two flexible pathways depending on your preferred practice style:
Option 1: Traditional Family Practice Role
Work as an associate physician with a competitive split with the clinic owner. This provides a turnkey setup with clinic support, established patient flow, and minimal administrative burden.
Option 2: Clinic Take-Over Model
For physicians seeking further autonomy, you may take over the clinic space and manage it independently under a low, flat monthly fee. This is a rare opportunity in the Lower Mainland to control your own practice environment while keeping overhead costs predictable and reasonable.
